Works Great!

Great in the theory not in practice.
I've seen this method used in Quebec City years ago. It was fast and looked easy, boy was I wrong. Maybe the restaurant used something different. Crepe wouldn't stay on surface or half would and the other half fall in the provided dipping dish. Would not recommend.

Successful crepe making using this method may require a little practice with getting the batter just right and holding the crepe maker in the batter not too long or not too short. I'm sure, a little patience and practice will be rewarded in the end.

Easy to use and clean
I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. It is easy to use and easy to clean. There are lots of tasty sounding recipes in the book. We've had crepes twice since it arrived and they were delicious.

French crepes in literal seconds
One of the best products of all time! Crepes used to be so intimidating before using this neat appliance. All you have to do is make the batter in the included dish and dip the cooktop for a half a second when it's nice and hot. After a few seconds, the crepe is ready and I usually cook the other side when I've peeled it off to make sure it's crispy on both sides!

I love Salton's Crepe Maker! After a trip to Paris last year, I had to have a crepe maker! I wouldn't stop talking about the amazing food I had while I was on vacation, that my husband finally got me one! Salton's product is easy to use, and I can have fine French cuisine right at home!
