The bleeding seems to come and go and I was never able to find the solution until I came across this toothpaste. After consistently using Crest Gum Detoxify for 3 weeks, I was surprised to see that the bleeding from my gums has stopped. This toothpaste has a pleasant vanilla mint flavor, which is milder than the typical spearmint flavor. Some may not find it as clean and refreshing as spearmint, but others may find that this flavor doesn’t linger, which makes it suitable for using before eating or drinking. Overall, I highly recommend this toothpaste to anyone that deals with bleeding gums.

Like.... at all. Another crazy thing, and I don't know how else to describe it, but my gums actually felt CLEANER after using it. Especially right after brushing. Like the nooks and crannies of my gums felt cleaned out. It's a crazy experience, but it's a great product and does exactly what it says it will!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Crest Pro-Health Gum Detoxify toothpaste for more than two weeks now. First off, I love the packaging and the classic Crest colors. My personal favorite feature of the tube itself is the flip top in addition to the screw top. I like having the flip top because it doesn’t leave a chance to lose it. Secondly, the mint taste is very nice being subtle and not overpowering. Also, the texture is smooth and not grainy at all. It did seem like a residue was left in my mouth for quite awhile after brushing and using mouthwash after. This may have just been something to happen to me and not others, though. Lastly, on the packaging it states, “kills bacteria to stop bleeding gums.” I do have the early stages of periodontal disease, but since using this toothpaste my gums have never bled. I will say they may still be a tad inflamed, but this mostly comes from other underlying conditions. Overall, I believe I have benefited from this toothpaste and would recommend to others.
