    I am having continual problems

    I am having continual problems with the nuts and split washer of the foot pedal support, (left and right) coming off when I am using the device. I have lost this parts several times and had to replace them twice.

    Not Happy at 80!

    Bought this bike in April 2024 for my wife to prepare for major back surgery scheduled for August. She was very happy with it and used it every day for 30 minutes until the crankshaft broke at the right side pedal connection. I put a lot of effort into getting Sunny to replace the part under warranty. She started using it again after surgery as part of her recovery and therapy, and guess what. . same part broke in the same place and the bike is useless now. . . I went back to Sunny and am hoping I can get the part even if I have to pay for it. They said they will let me know if it is available. This last problem started on 5/15/26. In summary, I bought the bike on 4/15/24, and on 5/15/26, it broke the same part in the same place. My wife is the only one using it, and she is 80 years old.

    My wife loves it - what a pain to assemble

    The putting together was a challenge!!! Pictures were tiny and not all the correct items were included in the shrink wrapped nuts and bolts sheet.

    It’s supposed to fit 37

    It’s supposed to fit 37 inch inseam yet I have a 34 inch inseam and handle bars hit my knees I change position of handle bars unable to reach bars regret buying. As I bought it to help recover from stroke 🙁🙁

    Quality product

    It was a ordeal to install but i am glad i took it slow and it is perfect. Got it for my elder dad and he is loving it , quite the workout everytime i have tried it. Quality is great and no NOISE which is a huge plus

    Hope the Elliptical is better than the instruction book…ugh

    Just got this together and started using it. So far it appears to be a smaller version of the bike I used while doing pulmonary rehab. This is why I purchased it and it appears this is exactly what it will do to help with my cardiac / pulmonary rehab!

    Worth every penny

    Received my new recumbent cross trainer (SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly isn't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Don't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

    Pulse display not working.

    Can't figure out how to use the sensors on the seat handles to see pulse on the screen. Nothing in the manual and phone call to your technical help person no help. All the cables are connected properly and the screen shows other things. Need written directions on how the pulse/heartbeat sensors work and display on the screen. Otherwise this thing a waste of money.

    Amazing!

    My 83 year old mother enjoys the smooth ride. She says it’s better than the one she rode at rehab and she thought it was great. I’m so glad she has it. We don’t have to worry about her falling off her regular exercise bike. Thank you! It did come in several pieces . It took my husband and grandson about two hours to put it together but everything went together perfectly. Thanks for a great product! :pray: God bless you!
