This product has given me mental clarity and focus in a way I didn't even know I needed! My sleep quality has also improved. I generally get an extra hour or two of uninterrupted sleep on a daily basis and have even had about 4 nights in the past month that I slept through the entire night! I haven't done that in YEARS! Those are Awesome changes. One suggestion would be to change the metal can the product comes in, it can be very hard to get the top off. Thanks!

Great taste. I typically make it with non dairy milk, protein powder and chai tea. My version of a dirty chai. It’s so much better than coffee. There is no ups/downs.

I used to drink coffee every morning. I couldnt wake up without it. I tried to limit myself to just one cup to avoid getting totally addicted. That didnt work. I began to have less and less energy. Since switching to Mudd i feel so much better! I still drink coffee on occasion, but only when im out.

I’ve been using mud water for at least a year now , and I’ve had good mental focus and clarity. It’s hard to tell now if it’s doing me any good because I’ve been on it for so long! But I suppose that’s a good thing. I do like the taste of it with my coffee.

Where do I begin? I think the best place to start is, I absolutely LOVE Mudwater!!! Although your big bag is "supposed to be" rationed out over 90 days, my supply doesn't sniff 2 weeks due to the fact that it's SOOOO fricken good (and good for you) that I drink waaay more than the recommended amount consisting of a tablespoon per single serving. Being a decades long coffee drinker, when I found and actually tried Mudwater, I thought to myself, Where have you BEEN all my life and knew upfront that one serving wasn't going to cut it for me. Pretty sure I'm FAR from alone in that sentiment. I coild almost write a book regarding my 1st starter kit and the 3 "90 day supply" bags I've gone through since. The ONLY issue I have is due to my own choice, which is, I have to wait to replenish my supply due to tight budgeting. I could go on but the bottom line is Mudwater ROCKS so I'll savor and enjoy it for the time I have a supply and wait, yet look eagerly forward to my next bag, when I can afford, receive and once again devour it. I absolutely love MUDWTR, it's expensive for me because I live in Canada but I find it's worth it because I want to set up my brain to stave off cognitive issues as I age. It freaks me out a bit that it says there is lead in the product, but my research has said it's exposed to naturally occurring lead from soil. I don't drink it on it's own because I really taste the mushrooms that way, but adding some almond milk makes it soo good and I can't taste the mushrooms, only goodness. It's an awesome product.

I seem to be more focused, but I'm unable to drink the entire cup because it is very gritty at the bottom, even though I stir it frequently. I also use oat milk because I was told this would help. I always have sludge at the bottom, which feels like I'm throwing out half the product.

I was drinking Ryze, but started to do research on the amount of mushrooms, what type and whether it as organic. I discovered this brand due to the quality. When I tried the product, I was so surprised at how much better it tasted!
