[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm satisfied with this piece of mobile furniture. In fact it exceeds my expectations. It wasn't hard to set up. I REALLY appreciate the hydraulic control for changing the height, it's easy to use and feels higher end. The tilt adjust is also useful especially for working on a computer. I like to use this from my futon as a laptop-desk, but it works great for meals too. The surface is a good size and length. You can put a laptop and mouse and notepad on it. It's also a good size for a full meal spread for 1! The clearance on the side is pretty useful too, the beam mostly tucks over the edge of my futon-couch. This thing is replacing the small plasfic bed-table I have been using for years. The fine tuned adjustment and just quality overall is way superior. The only things that could improve are if it could go lower for me to use on my futon that is a little lower than a usual couch. And also if the stopper went for the whole length of the table.

Easily adjustable for different bed heights, so would work with a variety of beds. I enjoy the tilt feature so that I’m able to change the angle when desired.

I had been looking to buy one for a few days, and was in process of researching the best product. It came flat packed, so we had to build it. It was incredibly easy. It is possible to be a one person build, it really was that easy. The parts are made of top quality materials, and seem to be incredibly sturdy. The desktop tilts as far as it folding down for easy storage. So, I’m able to have it whichever angle suits me for the purpose I’m using the desk for at the time. At the moment I am using it for my diamond painting, so it’s my “craft table”. It is height adjustable, so I can wait her sit on my sofa and work, sit in the bed, or I can stand and use it. Erratum’s, for a multitude of uses. The legs/casters are low profile, and can slide under a lower sofa or chair with ease. It glides across carpeting and hardwood with ease. So if you’re not able bodied, it’s quite easy to move. Even with the desk at max height, it is very stable. Husband was able to stand and work at it comfortably, while stood, he’s 6’ 3”. I n the tabletop, there’s a lip if you should choose to use this for a laptop or tablet computer. This is to prevent sliding, this works well. All in all, any product from the Mount-it range would be sturdy, well built and versatile for all table/desktop needs. Highly recommend this to someone looking for an over bed desk/table.
