Great protection!
I love the protection the otterbox case provides but the pop socket doesn’t hold up the phone very well. I like the old style of the pop socket better.

DONT EXPECT THE GRIP TO LAST
The flush grip is no good, have only had the case for 3 months and the grip has already torn and become useless. Cant find anywhere on the website to get replacement. My old case with a proper pop socket out lasted my old phone.

Strap tearing after only 8 months
I bought this case in March 2023 and loved it at fir, but after only 8 months of use the strap is already tearing. I only use the strap to hold my phone while reading. Very disappointed with the quality.

Worst Otterbox Product
I have had several otter box phone cases that have been great but this one is definitely not one of them . I purchased in August 2023 and I barely use the grip tbh and the grip broke on one side . I loved the look of these symmetry collection but the grip is very flimsy and I was actually worried that it wasn’t gonna last long .

Sleek and Comfortable
Love this case! Used to use the stick-on grips but made the phone bulky. This is flat and smooth. It is also more comfortable to hold than the other grips.

Don’t buy in light colours
I purchased this case in pale pink. It looked filthy after less than 24 hours. It picks up colour from my jeans pocket (jeans are at least 18 months old and don’t transfer Color to anything else). It picks up colour from my mag safe charger too- anything it touches! It looks absolutely awful

Grip Breaks off Easily
Grip has completely broken off after only a few months of use. For the price point I would have expected this to last a lot longer.

It’s ok.
Love how easy it is to use this case with my Otterbox MagSafe charging car mount. Slides into my bag or pocket smoothly. Just wish the pop out grip could prop up my phone, it does not pop out easily or stay out. Fix the grip and this is a perfect case until then it’s just … ok.

Easily broken pop handle
I bought this product because I liked the built in pop socket that lays flat. Unfortunately the pop part is already breaking after a few months use. There isn’t an option to get a new one with the warranty.

Flimsy
I am thoroughly unimpressed with this phone case from Otterbox. I always expect top-of-the-line products from them, but the grip on the back is so poorly made. Every time I try and use the grip, I am worried that it is going to break. It feels as if it is being held together by papier-mâché. I'm returning it before it will undoubtedly break.

Super cute, but case deteriorate/gets dirty
The case is cute and very practical. However, it gets dirty and stained and it cannot be removed over time.
