Q: Can this be manually rolledm or does it need the be controlled by the remote to go?
We are on the hunt for a bus this size that can manually be rolled
submitted by Santas Elves - 2 years ago
A: Why does another answer from the Battatt Team say that rolling it will “tear up” the gears.

Q: Can dolls be put inside and if yes what size doll fits?
submitted by Steph - 2 years ago
A: Yes, this bus is massive. My kids put calico critters toys and duplo people in the seats. The roof opens so they also put medium sized stuffed toys and have their heads pop out of the roof.
submitted byOxydozyga - 2 years ago
A: Hi Steph. The Driven line does not make a line of dolls to fit inside the vehicles and we have not tested to see if dolls will fit inside. The Battat Team

Q: Can you play with this without the controller and not tear it up?
submitted by Becca - 2 years ago
A: Hi Becca. Th RC School Bus can be pushed without using the remote, however, it’s not recommended as it may break the vehicles gears. The Battat Team

Q: What is the speed this vehicle reaches?
submitted by Hmmm - 2 years ago
A: I calculated the wheel rpm to be about 180 and it having a 3 inch tire translates to about 1.6 mph
submitted byLandon bus lover - 2 years ago
A: Hi Hmmm. The Driven RC Vehicles are not speed cars. If the School Bus has fully charged Alkaline batteries and goes in a straight line; the speed it can drive is approximately 3 miles/hour or 4.5 km/hour. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: My remote won’t connect with the bus. I put the batteries in the remote and the red light just flashes.
submitted by Syncing issues - 4 months ago
A: Hi Syncing issues. Before switching out the batteries, please make sure both the bus and remote switches are put in the OFF position. Then change the batteries in the bus and remote. Once the batteries have been changed, turn the switches to the ON position with both pieces. Finally press the steering wheel, followed by pressing any button on the remote and you should be good to go. Please visit the Official Driven website where you can download the instruction sheet for additional troubleshooting. Thank you. The Battat Team

Love this bus! Need some doors
I love this thing. Unfortunately, my entry doors fell off and somehow got lost. I wish they sold replacement parts. Still super cool. Everyone that sees it thinks so too!

Buy it
Confused by the bad reviews. This bus is pretty neat! It’s slow but makes up with the cool features. Batteries inside the bus were dead.

Remote buttons not working like honk and ignition
1 reply from Battat Team team - 5 months ago
Hi Kepal - We are sorry to hear that the sounds aren't working on your Driven Remote Control School Bus. It is important to ensure that the button on the bottom of the bus is set at the "ON" position, and that you are using new, brand-name batteries with this toy. You might also choose to check out the many videos on Youtube that show viewers step by step how to set up and use the School Bus. Your other option is to take the bus back to Target for an exchange. Sincerely, Team Battat

Bad product. Should be taken off shelves
This thing doesn’t work out of the box. Also the instructions say the remote takes 2 triple A batteries but when you open it, it takes double A’s. Read the instructions 100 times with full batteries and it won’t even turn on. Do not waste your money

Worked for 2 days
Bought the school bus for my 5 year old son. He loved it for the 2 days it worked. Now the bus doesn't do anything, doesn't turn or or respond to remote. I've replaced the batteries, even bought brand new ones to make sure it wasn't the issue. Very disappointed .

Hi Emily - We are sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your Driven Remote Control School Bus. We are wondering if you tried replacing the batteries with new, brand-name ones. Its okay
The bus is cute, but difficult to drive for younger kiddos. It gets stuck a lot and causes lots of frustration.

Bus is broken
I got this for my 3 year old who is obsessed with buses. We just got it and I followed the directions to trying to get it to work, and it will not work. The engine just keeps restarting and restarting and restarting. It won't move with the controller and when I try to push buttons on the controller or the steering wheel it just makes the engine starting noise again. Even when I don't push buttons it just keeps doing the same noise. Super sad and disappointing!

School bus was a hit!
The RC bus is adorable! Very well made. I purchased for my 2 & 3 year old great grandsons and they love them. All doors open and even the roof opens up so they can put stuff inside. Works well and is not to complicated for them to operate. I would highly recommend for any bus lover
