Easy to toss in the toaster or airfryer and customize to however each kid wants. Always taste good and are filling. My kids like pb and bananas on them.     I liked these and they’re easy, but they and almost everything from protein drinks, snack bars, cereals, and baked goods load up on vegetable oil- black seed oil, extracted and better fit for motor oil than a food.
