Q: Will this garden hose reel work smoothly with 3/4 inch hose? I assume if it will, the only problem will be that it won't all the 150 ft length hose, but a proportionally shorter length.

Missing parts

This item didn’t ship in a box so it came scratched and it was missing the leader hose. No option to get leader hose sent to me so now I have to make a trip to the store to return it and then reorder and hope it’s correct. Really annoying

Item fine, Delivery needs work

The item is fine and as described. We were shocked this item was delivered with no packaging. The lid was off its hinge pegs (if that’s what you call them.) We put it back together but we should not have needed to do so. You’d think at the very least shipper (Spreetail) would have wrapped item in plastic to protect it. This gives us pause on whether to purchase other items from Target that use this Speetail.

No hose included

The product description states that it is a hose and storage container. The only hose included is the short hose that connects to a garden hose that the customer has to supply. I reached out to a brand expert before I purchased the item, I was advised that it would come with the hose. They must have misunderstood my question. I will be returning the storage container to the store. They should clarify in the product description that it does not include a hose. The container looks good it is a good quality, I’m just annoyed that I have to take it back to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this! I’ve been debating getting one and have been hesitant. So I’m so happy I did! I love the aesthetic and the storage capacity is good. I like the design. I love having my patio in order, so this is perfect. The assembly was quite easy and this is still fairly new. I do wish it was a bit heavier so it’s easier to wind the hose up without it bouncing around. Other than that it’s perfect!

Waterhouse hideaway

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy duty, durable, and seems to stand up to the weather. I live in Louisiana so the humidity, sun/ heat and rain is ridiculous. It holds two of my 100 ft hoses. And assembly was easy, I just had to pop out the handle and attach to water supply.
