Don't believe everything on social media
For the price tag, I was not expecting to have to put the mantel together. The corners do not line up and customer service states it is an issue with alignment and to unscrew everything to try to get it line up. The heat element does not blow out heat, so you will only feel it within a 1 ft radius. I’m very disappointed in this product, along with the color being more gray than white. This was all over social media so I was expecting a more solid piece, but this also has no backing to it either. You’re paying for half a mantel, might as well buy one for half this price instead. Just a heads up if you’re thinking of buying, it is not worth the price tag IMO.

I do like the look and design of it, my only reason for giving it four stars is that it is MUCH more gray in person, it looks white in the photos, and I know other reviews said the same. If you are looking for a medium gray, this is perfect for you, but if you think it will be a light gray, this isn’t it. It is still beautiful and I will keep it, probably will just paint it more the color I’m looking for.

Nice fireplace
Pretty nice fireplace. It is a little hard to get the angles perfect, mine has a decent gap right now that needs to be fixed but that’s undoing a lot of bolts. I couldn’t find any pictures of the back so I provided some. The heat feature is nice and works well. As others have said it does have a weird smell but I think after a few uses that should go away

We love it and get tons of compliments! Looks like it came with the house. Especially now decorated for Christmas! I love that it can either have the heat on or not. Honestly, most of the time we just use it for ambiance as we watch movies. The heat is an added bonus!

love my new fire place the instructions were made very easy to follow however it took me 3 and 1\2 hours to put together the installation other than that its a beautiful 😍 work of art! cozy and the heat works nicely and the colors you can change or brighten ✨️ magnificent! I just wish they would put out installation videos step by step i probably could've installed it faster! but I'm very pleased it shipped fast! got it within 4 days of placing the order!

Love this faux fire place! After waiting several weeks of it being sold out everywhere, I was finally able to snag it when it was on sale! Definitely don’t fully tighten your screws until you have mostly built it all. The joints on the grey front face of the fireplace have slight gapping. When turning heating element on, it does have major burnt plastic smells, so open all your windows when you first turn it on. Otherwise a beautiful addition to my townhome. It’s beautiful and cozy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest fireplace to put together! I'm not very experienced in putting together furniture, and usually make my husband do it. However, I decided to tackle this one on my own. I was honestly surprised by how easily it came together! The directions were clear, and no individual part was too heavy for me to lift. Once put together, I became obsessed with the fireplace! It's so elegant looking, the remote is easy to use, and my kids enjoy that they can pick different colors for the flames. The heat output works very well, and I enjoy sitting in front of the fireplace for a quick warm-up. I also enjoy that you can turn on the lights for the flames without needing to turn on the heat. It creates a very homey atmosphere.
