It's okay.
Came within minutes through email. However, false advertising. The instructions state cards can be added to a digital wallet such as Samsung Pay, Google Wallet/Pay, and or Apple Pay. That's not true. I contacted customer service after the card was declined for the umpteenth time and was advised that due to "advanced security measures," the card can only be used online or in an app other than a mobile wallet. What a bummer. That's not what I needed it for. However, I was able to to use it, just not for the purposes that I intended.

Fully recommend this card if you're looking for an unusable payment method. Mine worked for nothing. PayPal would not accept it. Not Cash App. Online merchants would not accept it either. I just have this e-card now just to have it. Not much can be done here.

Scam ans Fraud
My son is sad because he can’t use his card, the company won’t help, target won’t help, and it’s an absolute fraud. Please don’t buy this, the company InComm needs to go out of business. They are horrendous and awful to work with. Don’t recommend at all.

DO NOT BUY!!! Scam!!!!
This card is a scam, received as a gift and it was declined everywhere. I did everything to try to use it including resetting the pin. Contacted support and they needed so much information that I don’t have. Unfortunately we don’t remember who gave us the card as a gift so we are short $25.

100% don't recommend
I spent $100 on the card plus the activation fee but I couldn't use the card at 4 different merchants online, including Amazon because the purchases kept getting declined. If you need something shipped out right away like I did, find a different card. By the time Amazon notified me that the purchase was declined, I couldn't get it shipped in time for what I needed, which was the whole reason that I bought the card.

Trash stuck with a car that doesn’t work and they won’t take it back. Don’t buy don’t waste your money like I did.

Only works at Target GARBAGE SCAM Target should fix this
If I could give this year of stars, I would it does not work anywhere like a lot of people are saying. I tested it out and the only place it works is target so you’re buying a Visa card that you have to spend money on at their store which is not why you bought it in the first place. I hope people see this so that if they did already purchased a card at least you know you can use your $25 gift card still unfortunately though it is only at target. I don’t know why it’s doing this and never used to before. Not sure if it’s just a visa.
