For the cost it’s not a bad rug

The design could be better as the strands can be pulled out easily. For the cost it’s not to bad. Cleaning it’s a little tough due to the fibers but not too horrible

Beautiful, but sheds like crazy!

I'm so disappointed in this rug. While it is beautiful, it sheds like crazy! I've had it since October and it hasn't gotten better. It's embarrassing when people are over and kneel down or just have their socks on it because they are covered in fibers. My small dogs do not shed but are covered in fibers. And I'm a clean freak so this is really annoying to me. Maybe I should have known a jute rug that is oversized is not the way to go.

Unfortunately, it is normal for jute rugs to shed throughout the life of the rug, but there are a couple of things that you can do to reduce the shedding. You can raise or remove the beater bar when vacuuming, and use a lower suction setting, when possible. You can also use a stick vacuum or floor attachment since these will cause less friction on the rug. I will be reaching out to you via email to follow up on your concerns. This rug is cute as a jute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lauren Liess Willow jute rug is truly stunning! While most jute rugs can be somewhat rough and scratchy, this one stands out with its extremely soft texture, cushy feeling, and beautiful color. The warm tones in the jute are amazing and accentuates the tones in my floor beautifully. Also note worthy, both the border and the rug itself are thick and luxurious. I want to buy a smaller version for my entry way!

Fantastic Look AND Feel!

I LOVE our new rug for our Sunroom. It is so soft underfoot and very thick! Just know that the thickness makes it a heavy rug and the border is even thicker and could be a trip hazard for anyone not paying attention. The weave of the rug is very large and loose. Don't drag furniture across it as the loops may break or be disrupted. But, overall LOVE the look and the feel of this rug.

You will NOT be disappointed

It is SO well made, and super thick (be careful and think about doors as it doesn't quite fit under our front door). Just so beautiful, I may order another for my living room / dining room!
