Perfect for coastal/farmhouse hues
I really do like this rug. It is perfect for an updated, coastal/farmhouse situation. My home is painted SW Grasslands. Couch is grey. Accents are blues and creams. Matches perfectly. I am a little disappointed as there was an area of rug material sticking up higher than the other and I pulled it up to trim it and it pulled out creating a tiny hole. I brushed it over and no one will ever notice. Other than that, I am pleased for now!

STUNNING
I’m so glad I chose this rug! It blends beautifully with my hardwood floors, cream/taupe furniture and antiques. The design and colors are subtle and stunning. The mint is a very pale with soft greyish tone, and the accent colors of grey, tan and rust are also very pale. I placed a 3/8” felt and rubber rug pad to protect the wood floors.

Amazing Soft Rug
Purchased for MB remodel to have a subtle pop of color for coastal farm look & this rug did not disappoint! I used a rug pad underneath for more cushion as it is a bit thin, but still plenty comfortable. The mint background with other neutral colors works great with a neutral tone bedroom furniture & decor for a nice subtle addition so to not be boring…

Came in a weird box that had been damaged and had holes in it. The rug wasn't even wrapped in plastic. It had been haphazardly folded and thrown into the box instead of rolled up like a normal rug. When removed from box and unfolded it was incredibly wrinkled from the terrible folding. Very poor packaging for something that costs over $200!!!! Should have been packaged and wrapped with care for the item to ensure quality.

We are so sorry to hear about the experience you are having with your rug. Please see below for general instructions on how to flatten your rugs: How to lay out your rug: Place the rolled-up rug on the floor and lay flat. For rugs that don’t include a non-slip back, we recommend adding a rug pad first. Vacuum the rug surface without a beater bar (spinning brush head) to remove shed fivers and flatten the rug further. Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles. We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above.

Round rug cut wrong
Rug is nice and color wise just what I needed. It's pretty true to the picture online. When I unraveled it and laid it down there was hump near the edge where it wouldn't lie flat. I took a steamer to the rug and it helped in some areas of de wrinkling but not the hump. I'm hoping it will go down over time. Too much of a hassle to return, I will just turn the rug where it's not as noticeable and a hazard. I tried attaching a picture but it was too big apparently.

Pretty
I ordered the 10x14 “rust” color. Its not really rust but rather an earthy/dusty rose. Not being much of a pink lover, I surprisingly really like the color. All the colors together act neutral and go with the colors I have in my living room. The pattern is subdued and not distracting but still adds a nice level of interest — it hides pet stains very well. The pile is very short, making the rug thin—a thick rug pad provides a tiny bit of cushion. My only real complaint is that the creases from storage and shipping have not flattened out. They’re not overly noticeable or so extreme that they create a tripping hazard, but they are definitely present. I’ve had the rug for over 2 months. Overall, I love it.

Coloring off - not as pictured.
Saw other reviews stating the coloring to be off, which is the same issue we found. The charcoal color appears to be more of a light gray. It’s still a pretty rug, but unfortunately not what we were expecting. Wouldn’t have ordered had I known it’d look like a light, washed out gray. Was definitely expecting it to be more of a moody charcoal as pictured. It has charcoal pieces if you look closely, but not nearly as contrasted as in the photos. More silver looking. Unfortunately not worth the return due to the size. Is it decent? Yes. Is it as pictured? Not really.
