Cereal
The cereal is good. All I'm going to do to improve the taste is put some raisins in with it.

I love the cereal. It contains no sugar which makes me very happy. That way I can add my own type of sweetener to it like fruit and Stevia.

Get Golden Flax. Raisins hard and dried out
I usually get Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax(5 stars). Tried Cinnamon Raisin. The raisins were very dry and very hard. Cereal seemed dryer also. Going back to Golden Flax Variety. Will add my own raisins as I did previously. I was try to save time and the difficulty of breaking apart raisin clumps.

Ezekiel cereal
Ezekiel cereal is my favorite. I buy the original and the flax cereals. Both are excellent. It is crunchy but it does not have to be that way. If you prefer a softer texture just let the milk, or whatever you use on cereal, to soak in the cereal for awhile and the cereal softens up nicely.

stale
I have eaten Ezekiel brand foods often. This box was stale, but I still ate it by mixing it with other granolas. Y'all probably don't sell it very often. I should have known better and bought it at a grocery store. I still love your vitamins and supplements and all. This product was just a problem.

Sprouted Cereal
I really looked forward to this cereal and ordered 2 boxes, it sounded so good. However, when I opened the box the cereal smelled old, I did try to get past the odor but couldn’t eat it.,,so gave it to my chickens! I have not opened 2nd box but will do the same thing if smells bad. My husband wouldn’t eat it either. That cereal is expensive and really would like my money back, something I rarely do.

Healthy cereal
I am following the Bright Line eating program. This whole grain cereal is allowed, since it’s not made from flour and has no sugar. It’s healthy and I like it!

It deserves 10 STARS. Delicious and satisfying. I tend to keep running out of it. It has the crunch of Grape Nuts but more varied ingredients. Newcomers to the product will not be disappointed. Top with fresh, organic blueberries. Yeehah!

Unfortunately, things that are good for you, taste awful; things that taste good are bad for you.
I eat this cereal because it is good for my health. It tastes awful so I don't overeat breakfast. The outer box is flimsiest cardboard which is [I guess cheaper] and more sustainable, but usually arrives slightly crushed at the corners. The box--I haven't tried it, but I'll bet that the box tastes better than the cereal. Now to the cereal itself: the grains are very, very tiny; the picture on the box must be a very tiny spoon, because it makes the cereal grains look much larger relative to the spoon, than it really is. Poorly designed packaging ensures that the tiny grained cereal pours out around, outside the bowl as well as into the bowl. I took a chance and ordered a case of Ezekiel 4:9 containing all 3 "flavors". I am [slowly] working my way through the flavors. "Food for Life" touts Ezekiel 4:9 for its "flavor". False advertising!
