I love love love the knife & utensil set that I received as a Christmas gift back in December. However, from day 1, the tongs have been very tricky. The mechanism, I guess, catches often and makes the tongs very cumbersome to use. They get stuck as I’m trying to use them and makes picking food up/placing very difficult. Otherwise the set is excellent.

Again, purchased for a healthy alternative to plastics. I did not need knives, but it was such a sleek set that displayed well together. I’m happy with it, but spoon has discolored to yellow first use from making a soup with turmeric. I can’t get it back to natural color. Also, the cooking utensils recommend not washing in dishwasher which is not practical for me or most cooks. I do not wash the knives in washer but will be washing utensils this way at times.
