Not the same

Although I was assured by a representative in the chat function that this item is indeed authentic, it does not smell or feel the same as the product I have gotten directly from Eminence in the past. It was obvious from the moment that I opened the bottle that it was different. Perhaps I got a bad or old one, but it was disappointing nevertheless. Thank goodness for Target's excellent return policy.

I’ve purchased this many times from a spa I frequent, an authorized Eminence retailer, and this doesn’t have the same scent or consistency. Seems inauthentic
