A: Hi Allison! The fixed metal vertical portion of our Percy Metal Hanging Ceiling Pendant in Light Brass (SKU: 12302) is approximately 17", excluding the ceiling mounting plate. It can’t be shortened, but I hope this helps you visualize the fit in your space!

A: Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about this! Our Percy Pendant Light (12302/Vintaged Brass) is not designed to be mounted on a slanted ceiling. An alternative light that can be installed on a sloped ceiling is our Leigh Pendant Light (12203/Vintaged Brass). Hope this helps!

Beautiful fixture!
The brass pendant is beautiful the color is perfect I always worry about brass being to yellow ish but this one is perfect and timeless! The installation was so easy and took no time! It fit perfect into our can lighting!

The Perfect Update!
I had the tab open for this light for MONTHS before I finally clicked "buy now". It's such a change from what I had before. I couldn't be happier with this light. I have brass hardware and lighting in my kitchen and the style and shade of this light matches my kitchen hardware perfectly. I love how it only lights up the table, so it's not harsh or too bright. We've had so many compliments on it already! I would definitely choose this light again!

it’s perfect!
This fixture is the perfect size for my 6 person table (3 chairs on each side). It lights up the table so well and really feels like a statement piece. However, we have canned lighting in our space and this light wouldn’t have worked out for us if we didn’t have additional sources of lighting since it directs light downwards and only on to the table. Installation was a breeze.

This light was perfect to update our Breakfast Room. The quality is amazing for the price. The finish is perfect and everything was just as expected.
