I just started drinking this Tulsi tea. It has a mild taste and I have my own infusing tea ball for loose tea. Don't feel I have been using the product long enough to garner true effects but optimistic.
I would buy this product again and again and again!!!

Place six cups of cold water in a two quart pot. Place the cover on the pot and permit the water to reach boiling temperature. Place possibly at least one tablespoon of loose tea in the pot and return the cover to the pot. Permit to simmer at least ten minutes. Remove the cover and pour the tea into a small bowl thru a strainer and enjoy!!! Eventually discarding the used tea solids in the trash.
