Q: Is anyone having trouble putting the chairs together? The screw holes on the swivel piece don't match up with the screw holes on the chair base. Help! we love the chairs but can't get them to work!

frustrated

The screw holes on the swivel piece, which is supposed to connect the base of the chair to the seat, do not match the screw holes on the base of the chair. I really want these chairs to work, but there is no way to put them together with the pieces sent! I have ordered 3 sets of them to see if there happened to be something wrong with the 1st set, but sadly they are all the same.
