The massage is farily deep and the hits all the right spots in neck and shoulders. The bluetooth speakers sound is average but I never use it. The massage from the feet and neck is better tham most chairs I sat in that cost over $5000.

It isn't too hard which is hard to find but I can still make it strong if I want. Very easy delivery.
