Iphone 16e not powerful enough to run them
Not enough oomph for the iphone 16e. Highs are not present, to my taste. Iphone earbuds much better buy. Quality of sound is otherwise good. My new ipad has just enough oomph for them.

I bought them probably about a month ago. They were great in the beginning, but already stopped working. The left side went out and then within probably an hour the right side stopped working. Not sure what kind of warranty I have

The sound is excellent. But it will definitely get spoiled before 6 months, and only one earbud will work. bought 3 sets of earbuds, all of them got spoiled in the same above mentioned way.

Excited at first, and then NOT so much afterwards
Love the JBL brand. Found a new love for my listening pleasure in the JBL Tune 310C USBs. How've, in less than two months into usage... my volume up/down stop functioning. In addition, while on a phone call ... I was able to hear the caller, but they were unable to hear me. Frustrating and annoying to say the least. Would really appreciate it if I could perhaps receive a new pair as a replacements... in white color. Sadly, your local store in SoHo, nyc, was out of stock...

I bought these hoping to replace the regular earphones since these have the usb-c already installed.. They dont work after less then a month of regular use ): The usb-c connection is weak & doesn't connect correctly too my phone anymore.

these headphones lasted me 6 weeks before they broke. the sound is now in and out and even holding it into the phone won’t work. don’t buy.

One side stopped working
Right sight stopped working a few months after purchase despite delicate handling and fairly infrequent use. I can still use the volume controller, but the sound doesn't go through.

Worth of buying
I bought this last month and using daily to be honest this are best wired headphones ever. i have used all kind of wired and wireless headphones earphones but this one give extreme sound quality. I mean while gaming you can hear every footstep of enemy and while listening music you can hear every beat clearly and even you can get to listen small music notes from same music your listening from past some years and you haven’t noticed yet. I recommend this 100% for everyone who have type c connectivity headphones jack for their phone and if you are a iphone user and you have iphone 15,16,17 you can choose this one over apple.

Lasted 6 months
These ear buds were great initially but only lasted 6 months with regular (not intense) use. At the time this was the only option for our Samsung S23 so we grabbed two of them. For both, sound stopped working in one side within 4 months (for one) and 6 months (for the other). Given that I have had ear buds last for years, I was really disappointed and will look elsewhere next time.

Extremely Disappointing Quality
I had high expectations from JBL, but the Tune 310C earphones turned out to be one of the worst quality products I have ever used. They stopped working in just 7 months, and after getting a replacement, the new pair also failed within 6 to 8 months. This happened twice, proving that it's not just a one-time defect but a serious durability issue. For the price, I expected much better reliability. If you're looking for long-lasting earphones, I would not recommend these at all. You’re better off choosing OnePlus or Sony earphones instead.
