Super slick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen and used others but this Gotham Steel Pro Plus 10” Nonstick Fry Pan is the last one I’ll need. It has been super easy to use, durable and so easy to clean. We love how the pan is 500 degrees safe and with the removable silicone grip can be removed safely..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying a Gotham steel product. I have heard plenty of things about it from friends and colleagues and now I got to experience why they are good. The pans are made really well. They are made with heavy gauge aluminum alloy and the handles are stainless. The pan has a very nice weight to it. It is the perfect side to cook for me an my wife during the day. The non stick is great. I did notice that it asked on the instructions to only use it low to medium high heat. I am used to using high heat but with this one, I am learning patience. Overall, it cooks good evenly and it washes well. The removable grip is nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure why I didn't know about these Gotham steel pans . My gosh, these are awesome. The are aren't as light and thin as those Teflon pans. However they are.a little bit heavier and we'll made, without being overly heavy.. So far, I've scrambled eggs, cooked steaks, sautéed veggies made Alfredo sauce and none of.it.scorched or stuck to.the pan. And.they are extremely easy to wipe clean/wash. not sure about the dishwasher I didn't try that.But this is my new favorite brand of pans. I will get me.a couple more in different sizes. if.you are on the fence . just go ahead and get it these pans are phenomenal

Great addition to my cookware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to try Gotham Steel and I am not disappointed!! I have always been one to invest in good cookware because it is a great investment. I am highly impressed with my Gotham Steel pro plus pan. After washing, I immediately fried an egg as I do with all my new frying pans. With very minimal oil to assist, it helped cook the perfect fried egg! No sticking at all, heating was impressively distributed. The pan is a nice weight. Not too light, or heavy. You can look at it and see the great craftsmanship and how durable it is. 10/10 recommend. Everyone should have Gotham Steel in their kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this Gotham Steel Pro Plus 10'' Commercial Grade High Performance Nonstick Fry Pan I'm really happy I did . Not only does it heat evenly and everything nicely. This pan has a good weight to it. It is restaurant quality.The pan is great for the things that stick to pans the most. Eggs slide like on ice, foods that are well seasoned and have honey slide right out and it all cleans out easily. This pan heats up fast and cooks evenly right to the edges. The handle has a slip off silicone handle that allows you to put the pan into the oven. This is a well designed and high quality pan.

Great pan, strong and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the pan my immediate attention was drawn to the 3 big rivets holding the handle to the pan. Yes, 3 rivets!! I have other 10” and 12” pans of various depth and all have two rivets. This pan is designed to last a long time with heavy usage and a thick non stick surface that works. Very clever to have a silicone handle that slips off the metal handle so the pan can be placed directly into the oven for more cooking of food. I will be looking for more of the Gotham pans as this one has me reaching for it over pans I have.

Solid and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is durable and feels very solid, its held up great on a gas burner. Cleans easy enough, hand wash of course for longer life. The non-stick has also been great to reduce cooking oil use! Packaging was simple, minimalistic cardboard which is great for the plant, easily recycled. I've not tried baking in it yet, but removing the rubber handle is also straightforward and looks to be not a problem.
