Easy to assemble. Very sturdy base

I liked it enough to buy a second one.

First, the heater works fine. For that I rate it 5. It loses a mark for the confusing assembly instructions that definitely need an update and revision. The card that offers a warranty and free cover included in the package is very annoying. After going through all the steps to get the warranty (successful), I applied to the ""free gift"". presumably the cover for the unit. After filling out the steps the website told me that it did not ship outside the USA. Hey Serenelife, there are countries outside America you know. Put the shipping restriction on your card. -. 5 of a grade for that wasted effort. The other -. 5 comes from the stand. It's a great base. Heavy and robust. However the pole or stem that holds up the heater is too light and when moving the unit, it bends the base/stem connection even though I tightened the base onto the stem as tight as it could go. Otherwise I like the unit and as long as you are a bit handy, you should be able to overcome these issues. The other deduction

The unit randomly keeps clicking off. This is the second one purchased. The first one works with no issues.

Perfect sized heater for a back porch. It heats up quickly. The remote is a good feature to prevent stress on the on/off switch. The height is adjustable.

The heater itself it's awesome, but the assembly was torture. Everything was going fine with assembling , kind of easy actually until I get to the last 2 rods , it seemed like on rod had a plastic cap that made it impossible to match the next rod. I had to break that little plastic crown to make it work. Other than that no problems. I had to make it work because I am super lazy in returning things . I just don't

Heats up quickly, covers quite a big area, keeps me warm in my garage. Would recommend.

I've only used it 3 evenings and now it doesn't work anymore. There Tec support was no help at all and not under warrenty.

We love this heater. It has provided just the right amount and type of outdoor heat as we enter the fall season and evenings become chilly in New England. The heats warms people, but does not blow the surrounding air around or create hot spots. As we are older, during the worst of the pandemic, we sometimes visited on our deck with friends bundled in coats and blankets. Now, with this heater, we can be comfortable, and may continue to enjoy the outdoors for more days/weeks than ever before. It is simple to assemble, easy to use and appears sturdy and well-made. We especially like that the height is adjustable!

The stand arrived broken and the manual states that you can't use it in an area with dust or animals. So I guess it saying you can put in the garage is a lie unless it's a finished garage? I wanted to use it in the garage but because it has dust I can't. Returned it right away so not sure how well the actual function of it works.

Our SereneLife unit us just what we needed to take the chill out during fall mornings and evenings. Because of this heater, we are able to enjoy our outdoor living area here in Minnesota! We highly recommend this product without any hesitation. 5 STARS!!

This has been a great outdoor heater through the winter. I like that it has a remote to turn it on before going out and it really heats up our deck quickly. Overall satisfied with it so far.

I bought this heater to use in the seating area on my new porch. What I liked about infrared heating was the ease of use and how it provides instant, radiant heat. Infrared heat works by warming objects rather than trying to heat a large volume of air, making it ideal for open spaces like I have. With this heater, I directly feel the warmth as soon as I switch it on, there is no waiting, no fussy startup and no blowing air to kick up dirt and allergens. It's a really efficient and comfortable source of heat. This heater works well within close range, which is perfect for my space. I have it set up a few feet away from where I like to sit and that works great. This heater provides nice warmth for a group if I set it behind the furniture grouping. The heater required really minimal assembly before use, I had it put together in about 5 minutes. It feels well made and sturdy. I like the telescopic height adjustment. The base is weighted so that it won't tip or blow over easily. If it does happen to fall over, it has an automatic safety shut off. Overall, I think this is an effective little heater.

So far, this has been a reliable heater, unlike some others I've tried. It has a bit wider heat arc, with slightly less heat intensity than some other models. Nice trade-off IMO

Just received the product on September 28th, 2022 and started using it since October 4th, 2022. So far it's covering the area pretty well. I've noticed that it takes about an hour to fully feel the heat if you're 6 Feet away. Great product!

Heater is awesome…fulfilled our needs. The instructions were a tad confusing but once we figured it out it came together. Secure packaging…overall great purchase
