The electric scoreboard did not work, it didn’t turn on at all. The customer service line for the manufacturer always says the office is closed. The email on their website comes back undeliverable.

This was easy set up and grandkids just love it, great for indoor play. Came with 5 small balls.

Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Easy to move around. Very good quality. My kids love it. They are 10 and 8 yrs old.

Took about 3 hours to assemble, but once it was up we have been having a great time playing. Its not super heavy, its foldable, kid friendly. No complaints at this time.

Bought this for my 9 year old. Took about 3 hours to assemble by myself (with minimal help from my son) but it wasnt too hard. I wish the instructions were more detailed but common sense helped me figure a few things out. Once it was up and running we have been having a great time playing with it. Definitely great family fun!

This is by far the best thing we have bought for our boys. They are two, four and six and with the help of the two year old they can all shoot the balls and have a blast doing it. The fold up design makes it ideal for our playroom because when we're not using it, we store toys underneath it as well. If it's too hot to shoot hoops outside, I would suggest buying this. It's great for a little competition with the digital score keeping and keeps them busy for hours!

Instructions a little tricky to do alone but with help, you should get it done easily. Great size, nice balls, affordable price point. Overall great purchase

Very good quality. Loads of fun. Kids love it and it works great. The scoring issues people complain of is installer error. Install correctly as instructions describe and you will have no issues.

I could have built this bball hoop in half the time, IF the bolts would have been labeled correctly. Each size of bolt was labled by a number, but the number in the instructions was not even an option on any of the bolt bags. Very confusing. Actually wasted time because we ended up using the wrong sized bolt in the beginning and had to go back and swap them out.

I bought this basketball game for my 5 yo for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! It probably took 2 adults about 45 minutes to put together and we all played together.
