Q: what light do we need - do any sets coem with it or is there a miniverse brand light??

A: Miniverse does have a light for curing the resin which is a UV light Also they have a second way for curing the resin for people that don't have a UV light which is curing in the sun 😊😁

submitted byhope this helps - 6 months agoA: These absolutely do NOT air dry. It is resin and you need to cure it. I bought a strong uv light specifically for resin and it’s still tacky after 6 runs!

Cute but messy! I purchased this set when it was on sale for $25. It’s a really neat set and great for kids however the resin does not set even with a UV light. I used my UV nail light and still weeks later the resin has not dried and has spilled all over my daughter’s dresser. My daughter enjoyed making them but I wonder if we could bypass the resin.

Resin DOES NOT CURE after a week in full sunny window. I am so glad I bought this on sale for $25 because feel like I threw my money away. My daughter was so excited to make the buffet items but what a waste of money when the resin stays sticky just bought a UV flashlight (not MGA) and we’ll see if that works.

I love mini things..there's something so adorable about mini stuff. I like it comes with a bunch of different varieties of foods. It can really be something fun to do if you have kids but its also nice to do as an adult on your own.

I bought the Make It Mini Mega Buffet expecting the resin to cure and harden in sunlight as claimed, but it doesn’t. It stays sticky and never sets properly. You definitely need a UV light for it to work.

Not posted on any influencer site and I wasn’t given a free one to buy my review. I’m so disgusted with the fake reviews these days. This is resin. You need a resin curing lamp and nowhere ON the box does it say that. Only in the teeeeeny tiny instructions does it say it. I bought a $30 two sided curing lamp and the resin is still tacky no matter how many times I put it in for 5 minutes each. This is not for children under 12 in my opinion as the resin and little pieces get everywhere and you have to be meticulous not to get it all over everything. This is a great concept but not thought through well. Glue would have been a better option.

Really entertains my child! She asked for a small version of this but I found it on sale and had to buy. She was so happy. We have been creating foods and she feels like a chef. Plus it doubles as food for her dolls but so much more realistic.

My 10 year old daughter loved the ability to mix and match the ingredients. The directions for “cooking” are descriptive enough to follow, even without words. The detail in the utensils and the food is excellent.

My 10yr old daughter and I had so much fun putting this together! It takes quite a bit of time to finish everything and it was so refreshing to see my kid focus their attention on something that’s not a screen! Everything is so little and cute and makes perfect additions to Barbie’s kitchen. This is a fun bonding activity!Note that this can be messy and the goo doesn’t wash off very easily, I wouldn’t recommend for smaller children at all! I used my nail polish UV light to cure as it worked way better than the handheld one that comes separate.
