I'm lovin' it!
This pan is turning out to be all that I had hoped it would be. No sticking, perfect size and sturdy. I'm so glad I came across it since the frying pans I've used all seem to start sticking during the second year, but this one is supposed to last longer and I love the fact that it can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees.

Best pan i have ever owned
I have several high end pans. This is the absolute best everyday pan. I was skeptical, it is light weight and easy to handle. After 2 months daily use and tossing the dishwasher, no scuffs or peeling. Cooks very even. I just ordered the 12 in Armor pan also.

Way too many overrated reviews, misleading many potential buyers
I have to rate this pan with only two stars in order to effectively compensate for all of the numerous, and rather ridiculous, 5 star ratings of this product. I would say this pan could respectfully earn a 3 or 4 star rating, and is a decent cookware item for the money. What are the issues that no one else seems to mention? There are three main points of concern that you should be aware of before purchasing this item. 1 - This pan takes a considerable amount of time to build up heat. 2 - The handle isn't as isolated, or insulated, compared with many other pans and can get rather hot towards the center, especially when you have to cook at higher temperatures, as you do with this pan because, as I said, it takes a while to build up heat. 3 - The non-stick surface isn't quite as slick and non-stick as many other pans I've tried. I'm hoping this will wear in a little and improve over time, but only time will tell. The good points. It's affordable and relatively well made, except maybe for the handle and perhaps a slightly too robust steel plate somewhere in the base for induction capabilities, causing the delay in heat build up. It is easy to clean and is a touch on the lighter side, making it fairly balanced and not unwieldy. My biggest gripe is about the many 5 star ratings for this, and so many other products in internet land, making it impossible to make a good buying decision online anymore. I hope this honest review helps to balance this discrepancy out, in this smallest of ways, at least for this one product.

We Dearly LOVE The Armor Max Pans!
I bought the 12 inch Armor Max Pan awhile back and fell in love with it. So, I decided to buy this smaller 10 inch Armor Max Pan to use for making my breakfast. These pans are awesome! So easy to use and to clean. I ALWAYS gently hand-wash ALL of my cookware, as I feel that putting them in the dishwasher is too harsh with the creepy dishwasher soaps. My only problem with this 10 inch Armor Max Pan has been that since it is so pleasent to cook in, me and my Husband are now squabbling about who gets to use it 1st for breakfast! I finally just bought a 2nd one of this 10 inch Armor Max pan, just for myself, and I have relinquished the current one over to my Husband. As far as cooking in these Armor Max Pans; we love them! We do either use butter, or ghee, but just a small amount and mostly for good flavor. I can actually fry an egg over-easy in this pan without breaking it! That is something I never could do before! But I also now use 2 very small silicone spatulas to do the actual egg turning. Both my Husband and I highly recommend these Granitestone Armor Max Fry Pans.

I was able to make easy over eggs without them sticking to the pan at all! My only complaint is that it’s pretty thin and lightweight, which makes me wonder if it will be prone to overheating and losing the nonstick coating.

Most non-stick skillets have a shiny or painted outside, while the inside has a matte look and feel. But this skillet was completely different in its appearance. The inside and the outside were the same material. It looked thick and sturdy. I expect it will stand up well to regular use and responsible care. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used a couple times, but so far I'm loving this pan. I have made fried eggs and scrambled eggs for the kids a couple times. I wanted to try out it's non stick features. I didn't use any spray or butter while cooking. So far the eggs have not stuck to the pan cooked up nice and evenly and easy flip/mix up.. Clean up was super easy as well with nothing sticking to the pan.

I don’t like the chemical warning on the packaging though. Not great to think about. My issues are the pan is large and clunky. It also doesn’t make a sizzle sound when it heats up so it’s hard to cook on. Finally I wish it came with a lid! I didn’t have a lid to fit it.

I tried it both ways (with butter because I love cooking with butter and the flavor it gives my food and without) I did scrambled and fried eggs, both had no issue at all, in fact it just glided around with ease!
