am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the bed frame upon delivery. When I received the package, the box was visibly damaged, and the materials inside appeared to have sustained water damage. Several parts of the bed frame were discolored, with some sections appearing white and others yellowish, which suggests exposure to moisture. Additionally, some components were already broken at the time of delivery, which I only discovered during assembly. This situation was especially frustrating, as the product cannot be returned once it has been assembled, leaving me with limited options. Given these issues, I am very disappointed with the overall quality and condition of the product upon arrival and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Milk

Completely unacceptable conditions

This bed arrived in a condition that is absolutely unacceptable. The box was in terrible shape, ripped and crushed, and when I opened it, I found the headboard damaged on both sides. The material was dirty and looked worn, nothing like a new product. It’s extremely disappointing to pay full price and receive something that looks mishandled and defective. This should have never passed inspection or been shipped out in this state. I expect Target to take responsibility and provide a new, undamaged headboard or a full refund immediately.

Bought queen in blue for my son. Assembly took about 2 hours between me, my spouse and son. Bed is sturdy and well made. Shipping was delayed 2 days, box needed to be retaped but the product was not damaged. Box had instructions as well as a few extra screws in case you lost some. I would suggest using a box spring as I felt there was not a lot of support for the mattress without it (bed was very bouncy). My biggest is complaint is that I’m banging my shins on the bed frame since the edges stick out (if that makes sense)

Damaged products ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] super disappointed. packaged delivered to my house damaged. the shipping box had shoe prints all over. there was holes in the front. water damage was visible. the box seems like it was opened and resealed. we opened it to check if its still good, and it was moldy and damaged inside. ended up returning everything. never going to order from that brand again. still very disappointed about it.

Really terrible frame. It didn't come with instructions, and it was pretty hard to put together. It also does not fit a full bed well. There's a ton of extra frame (looks like the mattress is too small?) which looks bad. I would not have bought this had I known.

Not an accurate picture of the color grey

I am giving the bed a 2 out of 5 because I ordered the light grey color and when the bed came it isn't grey. It is almost like a cream color. Disappointing.

Pretty sturdy and I like the design a lot. Grey is lighter than the picture but looks good in real life. It’s more whiteish. Assembling took under 2 hours. Good quality.
