[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation of the lights was not as difficult as i imagined it to be. They shine good and are definitely not an overwhelming amount of brightness. Wish they were a bit bigger but overall great lights.

I think the material they are made of is just okay and would opt for something else where the quality is a bit better. The actual light looks pretty yellow. But that may be others preference. If you’re looking for recess lights more affordable with a yellow light, I’d recommend. Otherwise I would not.

I like the clean look of these and appreciate the soft white brightness. Not overly bright and perfect at night. These are also great because you can install and forget about them for a couple of years until they need to be replaced. Works and looks great.

I plan on replacing 2 in our living room as well since it came with 4. These are way more seamless and modern. A nice clean look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light worked great, and it was pretty quick to retrofit into an existing can. One clarification is that the instructions are not super clear, and I did not realize that the metal springs on the replacement light would interface with a little hook shaped piece of metal in the recessed can. It took a little bit of tinkering around until I realized this, and then everything came together in minutes. The lights look good and work well, but because they are recessed, they don’t throw light, and are more of a spot. In my home office application, there were only two existing cans with lightbulbs, and so there was a little bit of a missing brightness when these were installed. I think if I had three recessed cans that spanned the width of the office, it wouldn’t be an issue. Not the fault of the lights at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design. Simple to install, with or without a box. Seems like a nice quality and i have heard of sylvania lights before so good brand. Easy to make the same size hole for them to slide in easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lights are awesome. Each light covers a good amount of area with lighting. I wouldnt say they give off heat but thats hard to tell as its up so high. Installation was ok. Had a few difficulties but my friend who is an electrician helped.
