Just ok
I received this product via hey bullseye promotion. I have taken this product a few times and just find it ok. I can’t say for sure if it is effective or not. I feel like maybe the more consistently you take it it could be beneficial

Good electrolyte
This product seems to be a nice alternative to other liquid electrolyte formulas. I think it would be good for older people who are trying to keep their liquids to a minimum. I intend to keep this on hand.

I like better than a sports drink
Electrolyte supplement capsules are kind of large in size, but it wasn’t an issue. The daily dosage is only 1 pill, with 100 in the jar they will last a good while! I can’t really tell if they are making a difference in how I feel overall, but I figure it’s a better option than a sports drink with all the dyes and chemicals!

Excellent source of electrolytes
Good source of electrolytes and energy balance. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and I’m feeling rejuvenated and hydrated. It’s definitely something I recommend as a great source of energy and motivation.

Super Convenient!
How nice electrolytes in a pill form! They are simple to take , they have no flavor and no colors. The bottle is easy to open and close. I like to take these on the days that I'm working out. There is a 100 capsules in the bottle.

Great for hydration
I was worried the pill might be too big but they are about the same size if not smaller than a vitamin. I’ve had great experiences taking these when I felt very dehydrated or after a long workout. They don’t have any smell or any taste to them, which is a plus.

Love the idea, but not quite there.
I love this idea, but after taking these for over 2 weeks- I simply cannot tell a difference. The idea is wonderful though, and I’d love to take a capsule over all those sugary electrolyte drinks- but this needs some work!

Good capsules
I’ve been trying these capsules for a few weeks now and I find them really simple to incorporate into a daily routine. They don’t have a strong after taste and I really like that they are pretty easy to swallow. While I haven’t noticed any changes yet, I will continue to take them as an after gym recovery strategy.

Not for everyone
I drink enough water to ensure I'm not dehydrated. I do not drink Gatorade or sport drinks as they have too much sugar or artificial sugar. This would be a good alternative if you do not drink enough water or have absorption issues.

Electrolyte supplement
I like the idea but unfortunately I did not notice any difference when taking these. I took them on vacation when I knew I would be more active than normal instead of using liquid electrolyte products. I ended up so thirsty that I should have just stuck with the electrolyte drinks.

Energy Boosting
I got these at the right time! I had been down with a minor cold and had no energy for days. Even just the first day I took one of these, I was able to get more done around the house because it gave the little energy boost I needed. I didn’t experience any side effects. 4 stars because these are a little big so I wish they were smaller.

Effective capsule
These do a pretty good job! These electrolyte capsules work well when taken as directed. I use them after a work out or a physical day at work. They make recovery easier and general hydration levels better than they otherwise would be.

They are ok?
These vitamins are ok although I have not really noticed any change after taking them. Not a bad after taste when I do take them. I would probably not get these again. Just don’t really notice any difference taking them.

Can’t tell the effect yet…
I’ve not been feeling myself lately so wasn’t able to keep up with working out and taking this consistently but for the time I did take this, I didn’t feel any difference or at least not yet. The capsule is a bit too big for my liking and it doesn’t have a smell to it. The inside of the jar is a bit powdery though.

I like the idea
I have been struggling to stay hydrated. I am very active and do not drink enough water. like the idea of taking a capsule instead of powders or sugary drinks. I cannot say I've noticed a significant difference but I am committed to using the whole bottle in hopes it will change my mind.

Electrolyte capsules
After taking the Sunergetic electrolyte capsules for a few days I haven’t noticed a difference in my overall well-being. They are relatively easy to swallow as indicated on the package, but not sure if actually do anything noticeable.

Works Well
I have had issues with leg cramps, especially at night, and added the supplement to try to help with those. So far it seems to be helping quite a bit. I eat a keto diet and find I often need additional electrolytes to help. The pill size I would say is average size, it does not have any flavor which is great, and they are easy to swallow.

Useful
I’ve used this product a handful of times so far and it’s hard to tell how effective it actually is. I don’t notice a dramatic change when I take it. But the big plus is that it’s in an easy to manage and swallow pill form vs needing water and a vessel to mix. I’ll keep using it though!

Easy way to get some electrolytes in.
This electrolyte supplement was an easy supplement to incorporate into my morning routine. It is in capsule form so if capsules are hard for you to take, it may not be for you. A serving is one capsule. It does have an ingredient of rice flour, so if you can’t do rice, it’s not for you.

Okay
It's okay not sure if it made a difference or not. Feel no different taking it everyday for last 2 weeks. Pill is a little bigger than other supplements but only need to take one. Easy to swallow for the most part.
