Q: Does it come with the small wheels and a steering wheel like in one of the pictures and the long plastic in front of the seat a lag rest? Does it turn into a sit down scooter?

This stroller is compact and lighter and easy to get in and out of your car with only one hand. Sleek design and smooth ride for child. Got it for my 12 month old but my 5 and 7 year old can also fit on it.
