Masterbuilt John McLemore Signature Series Charcoal Bullet Smoker Black

Purchased this for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the person already had one so they tried returning it in store but was told they would have to ship it back. Read on their website that items purchased between Nov 1 thru Dec 24 had holiday return, looked at exclusions and grills were not listed. Reached out to them and was told it had passed the return date and couldn’t be returned. I told them it was not listed on the exclusions list so why couldn’t it be? They said it was excluded but not on the list. Makes no sense to me, if it’s not listed then I should be able to send it back. The box is still sealed, hasn’t even been opened.
