This is a nicely designed and constructed cooler bag that would be great for small picnics or bringing home smaller frozen groceries (frozen dinners and ice cream, but not full-size frozen pizzas). Compared to other cooler bags I have seen, this one has a lot of thoughtful features — an adjustable shoulder strap, sturdy handles, a small zipper pocket, mesh pockets on both ends, an easy-access mini-opening on top, adjustable straps to hold a towel or mat, and even an attached bottle opener. The exterior material feels very durable, the construction seems solid, the webbing feels strong and well-attached, and the zippers feel sturdy. I did not fill it with water to test whether it is 100% leakproof, but the seams look and feel solid. When not in use, the cooler does fold somewhat, but the thick padding prevents it from folding anywhere close to “flat.” (I’ll just put a big rubber band around it when it’s sitting empty in the trunk of my car.) This cooler bag is high-quality and a useful “in-between” size.
