Q: Rec'd 1 rod w/the spring on the end, 2 completely straight rods, & 2 rods w/the smaller ends meant to fit inside the straight rods...I don't think I received the correct parts. Can you please clarify?

Do Not Buy

I received the shelf quickly but there were no instructions included not even a picture of how it should be! The shelves do not hold weight with the rubber bands they use to hold them up, the spring portion broke immediately by coming unscrewed. I am just hugely disappointed with this. It shouldn't be this difficult. It's just a shower caddy!

Good storage

Looks exactly like the picture. The instructions only had images so it was a little confusing on how to assemble but after closely reading it was fine. Comes with 3 extending rods but i only needed 2 for my bathroom. Great item

Nope. Tension has very little give and tension is only on one end of the rods. Important end cap for tension end is not fit correctly. Not designed for standard bathroom.
