Ingredient and Name Discrepancy
I ordered the Full Body Milk Conditioner after carefully checking the ingredient list online. What I received has that name but a different ingredient list, including GERANYL ACETATE which I'm very allergic to. There are other discrepancies between the online and IRL ingredient lists: BEWARE if you have allergies. Other reviewers mentioned differences between the "new" and "old" formulas. Not sure which formula I received.

So good for my 2A waves
I have 2A wavy hair that's dry and is fairly thick, with some areas being more coarse. I've been struggling to find a conditioner that doesn't just weigh my waves down since I have such a light wave pattern. All the other curlsmith conditioners seem a bit too heavy for my hair, but this one is perfect! Moisturizes my hair but my waves stay light and retain their shape throughout the day (when paired with a good lightweight styling product)

A miracle
After going through and healing from telogen effluvium my curls and scalp were screaming. I had such a tender scalp by the time my hair stopped falling out and I’m convinced this line helped heal it somehow. This conditioner is the stand out for me in particular, I have low porosity 3A curls and it makes them sooo soft and it smells incredible. My hair actually smells amazing for hours afterwards. I will never stop buying this conditioner please please please never discontinue or reformulate!!

Didn't deliver on its promise
Bought this hoping it'd add more volume to my hair. All it did was weigh my hair down and dry it out. I read other recent reviews about a formula change, so I'm a bit saddened by the change of quality, especially after reading so many positive reviews from before.

Revitalized my waves
I have wavy curls and since I’ve grown them out really long, they had been feeling really flat on my head. I found this shampoo and conditioner and I’ve only used it once but I feel like there’s already been a massive improvement. I always thought volume would be a terrible idea for my hair because I have a lot of it but yeah, I’m very happy with the result.

Changed formula for the worse
Finally ran out of my bottle with the old formula/packaging and used one of the new. My normally healthy voluminous hair was transformed into a crispy tangly dry mess. I knew something was wrong when it left me tangles rinsing it off in the shower and I neveeeeer get tangles. Im SO disappointed. The previous formula was incredible but of course here we have another company that has changed their product for the worse probably just to cut corners. Im very certain Suave or VO5 would do more than this did for me. Will be returning ASAP.

Awesome Lightweight Conditioner

My hair actually feels fuller before I even blow dry it. I use this with the Curl Detox Shampoo and it’s my dream team. Smells good, detangles, and leaves my hair feeling so soft. I love this stuff!

Lovely conditioner
This is a lovely conditioner - it's lightweight but creamy and it does seem to make my fine frizzy curly hair full of soft curls and a lot of body. I started using it at the same time as the Awestruck styler, which is amazing, so it's hard to tell which is doing what.
