The best herbal tea ever!
This is my favorite tea. It is so delicious I drink it every day! The perfect ending to the evening meal. I was in danger of running out from my usual source, so I did what I did during the pandemic and ordered direct from Bigelow to ensure that this would not happen. Thanks so much for creating such an incredible product!

Wrong Raspberry
I ordered what I thought was the raspberry tea I usually drink. It arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. Unfortunately it was an herbal mix instead of tea. I wanted Raspberry Royale which is a black tea with raspberry flavor. Since there is no change or cancellation available I'm stuck with the herbal mix. I will try to find a home for the herbal mix and order the Raspberry Royale.

Always Refreshing!
I love this raspberry tea! Lots of flavor and so delicious! I like that it's so healthy for me too. I usually brew 2 at once for an even more intense full bodied flavor.

As much as I want to get my usual brand of raspberry tea, this brand is more flavorful and cheaper. I have to make this at least twice a week in a tea pot for me and my daughter, so getting a stock pile is really nice.

Will Re-Order The Moment I Run Low On Supply 😅
Been consuming this tea for the past several years; enjoying it chilled as my daily hydration (brewing four bags will make me a whole gallon). In recent months, it has become very difficult to find in stores and during my last visit I noticed that the SKU code was actually removed from the shelf. I'm very glad it is available to order directly from Bigelow!

Bring back quarter size bags for iced tea!
It is a wonderful product, but it's a real hassle to try to open a bunch of little tea bags to make iced tea, hard to get the flavor just right, and a mess to deal with in my brew jar! We really need to be conscious of energy savings, reducing microplastic, and packaging waste in these dark times for the planet. Even if you just sold it online direct I think there are enough fans to make it worth bringing it back!

Tea has changed. It is weak in flavor.
It's the only ice tea I drink. I like that your bags are made healthy. I also like the ingredients in this tea, raspberries and not the leaves. I do not like the change you have made in this tea. The flavor is weak, I don't know if you've decreased the amount of tea in the bags or are using inferior ingredients, but it has changed.

I have been asked lately why I changed tea brand, I've noticed it. I found an old box and the flavor is definitely better than what I've received in last several months. Bigalow please correct this.

Go back to quart size bags
I find I have to use 8 tea bags to get the same flavor as the 1 gallon bag. Wasteful packaging.

I'm buying this again.
I made iced tea and sweetened it with a little Stevia. It is delicious that way. I will make hot tea when the weather is cooler.

Red Raspberry is a great flavor
I order directly from Bigalow because the red raspberry is not available from most stores. However, with shipping it is very expensive. Great tea, at a very high price. Get other flavors from the store.

Bring back the original recipe and the quart sized bags
Everyone commented on how delicious the tea was until you discontinued the original recipe of the quart sized bags. I have been unable to replicate the taste with the individual bags.

Strong Raspberry flavor use to add to ice tea.
I can taste the Raspberry strongly over the other notes first, which is how it should be. I love to put a tea bag in with my iced black tea brew for flavored iced tea. I love how it does not contain sweetners and you can add your own. This is my favorate tea to have on hand.

A deliciously ripe cup of tea!
This tea is delicious both hot or iced. A nice blend of sweet and tart, this tea leaves you feeling berry good! I prefer unsweetened when hot but when iced I feel it requires a bit of sweetener. One of my favorite summer teas.
