    Don’t love the cherry flavor but love the b vitamins

    I love that you offer this product. I find it is a cost effective way to supplement b vitamins. I wish it was a different flavor.. I like the liquid daily multivitamin, but this cherry flavor is not my favorite at all. I hope you have some different flavor ideas in the works. I like how convenient this liquid is to take with the small amount needed and the dropper bottle.

    Lab work improvement!

    In recent lab work my B vitamins were measuring at 189 so I ordered this Mary Ruth's B Complex and the multi the day after getting my results. I had lab work done again 3 months later and my new level is 411! Thank you so much for this tasty, easy vitamin! I am feeling much better and can't wait to see how\ much better I feel in 3 more months! Hoping to be able to get the iron that's pout of stock very soon.

    Love This!!

    This B Complex is another product that I never want to be without! I keep several bottles in stock just in case. I love that is is liquid and absorbs well. The flavor is great and I can take it alone without mixing it with something else’s if I want to. I usually put in in with my morning multivitamin just because that it the easiest thing to do. Best of all it doesn’t stink like B complex capsules that I was taking before. Awesome product Mary Ruth!!

    Please be aware that this has STEVIA in it.

    I'm not sure if they changed the formula for this or not. Stevia can cause endocrine problems and gut problems.

    I have struggled with extreme fatigue for the past couple of months. My labs showed I was low on B12 and my dr told me to take a vitamin. I have taken pills before but I am pretty confident I have absorption issues. So I tried to find a liquid that I could take instead. I am soooo thankful I found this one. I saw results within a week. I can make it through the day with work and have energy to do projects or other things after work. I will definitely be taking this for awhile and try some of the other liquid vitamins to see if I can tell a difference.

    Works Great

    I have been taking this for about a year and I find it works good. I have a question though. I suffer from cluster headaches and I have read that B2 can help. I have the B complex and see B2 is not this bottle. Is there a reason why or any chance b2 will become included in the b complex? I can only take liquid vitamins this is why this product was nice to have. üòä thanks

    Noticeable Difference

    I have always had pretty low energy. These b complex drops have helped me so much! I forgot to take the other day and I kept thinking “why am I so sleepy?” Then I remembered I forgot to take these after my breakfast that day! I feel so much better with this stuff! And the taste is not bad at all, nowhere near the flavor of cherry cough syrup. I would definitely recommend trying out at least one bottle, but you’ll probably be back to repurchase because they’re that good!

    Much needed!

    I've been using both the liquid multivitamin and these B-complex drops for a couple of weeks, and I'm returning to place them on auto-order. I've tried a lot of multivitamins and B supplements over the years, especially while working in a health and wellness shop; a huge part of my background is in nutrition.
