ORCA Coolers 26qt Hard Sided Cooler - Blaze Orange

We rode out hurricane Milton in SW Florida, here's a real-world scenario for the use of this 26q cooler: >>The cooler was room temp ~76°F when 2 bags of ice (20lbs) and 2x-14oz frozen bottles of water were added at 0-hours >>The cooler wasn't opened until +10-hours later, one of the 10-lb bags of ice was replaced with a fresh bag, nothing else was removed, the lid was promptly sealed. >>The cooler was opened again at +41-hours and the ice was largely still there, and there was ~4-inches of meltwater holding steady at 34.5°F

Love the cooler Ice retention.I just wish it had wheels and Instead of being Wider, I wish it would replace the Extra width with hight so we can fit taller drinks

Just the right size for my solo travels! Not too big or difficult to carry, but big enough to easily fit everything I need to take with me. No question that it keeps things cold, that's why I invested in an Orca. And the icing on the cake is that it's a gorgeous teal color! Very happy with the product and I would definitely recommend to others.

Love it , I have orca thermos. Bought 1 for my brother and going to buy another for other brother end of August.

Great cooler. The color is vibrant and it keeps drinks very cold and last several days. It's overall bigger than I had imagined, but such a great cooler.

Great cooler made in the USA. Works well at keeping things cool, and works equally well at keeping things hit (think BBQ). great size for all your weekend needs!

This is the 3rd and smallest Orca I have, just like the other 2, it performs well, keeps ice well and keeps your stuff cold. It really helps if you pre cool them fir a dew days before your trip.

The cooler itself works great and holds ice for days. The craftsman ship on the other hand is very poor compared to other big brands.all the seams are rough and half grinded down. Could of done a better job.

Got the 26qt to fit a front bumper mounted cooler rack. Fishing and tailgating. Product feels robust and durable. Warranty is a plus

I love the colors. But I do have some design modifications I would like to see I will email the contact us sight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ice chest are nice but they don’t hold ice long. The one I have now was a warranty replacement and the lid on this one is so much nicer. It actually opens up a full 90 degrees. I have a 52qt Everbuilt ice chest that’s twice the size as this one, cheaper and has lasted for years in the commercial world. The Orca would never make it in a commercial setting. I will say that if you ever do have a problem with your orca, they stand behind their products. That is the only reason I gave them 3 stars otherwise they’d get 1 star.

The 26 is still sizable and substantial in weight, even when empty, and very well built. I’m glad this company still believes in Made in USA because if they didn’t I’d leave as a customer. If there’s one thing I wish they would improve on is including a basket for each cooler purchase like their toughest competition (starts with a Y). With the last price hike this shouldn’t even be up for discussion. Looking forward to adding my own character over the next decade of use.

We talked to someone in person who owned this, and they had put frozen food in it without ice and it lasted 6 days. That was our selling point on this cooler. We bought it, kept it in a hot car, and put 10 pounds of ice in it (cooler was very hot too). 4 days later half the ice was melted and we knew this was a good cooler because of our test in a hot car. We put ice in it with what was not melted after the four days, and the cooler was cold, car still hot, and the ice lasted 6 days. We are so happy with this cooler!!!! The one thing I hated about our other one was it lasted 24 hours when it was supposed to last 3-5 days. When we go camping the last thing I want to do is search for ice daily. I also LOVE the basket I purchased to go with it to keep my insulin out of the ice yet keep it cold. Cheese and other stuff that is better not in ice is perfect in this basket. Thanks for making a wonderful product well worth it. The price isn't expensive considering buying a cheaper cooler that makes your food go bad, and having to buy ice daily. LOVE IT!!!!!
