Good size and quantity, taste is okay

These do taste like crunchy lemon cookies, good with milk. They do taste a bit off, but in my experience most lactation products do. The cookies are pretty big, silver dollar size, and twice as thick as the picture on the box. What impressed me most is how many cookies come in a bag. Each of the bags in this 10 pack are stuffed full to bursting. The box these come in was unexpectedly large and very hefty. I felt I got good value for quantity with these vs other lactation products which are expensive for how little you get. I have no comment on effectiveness as I eat these on occasion as a healthier snack while breastfeeding and not for increasing supply.

I bought these on January 11, 2026. Sadly, I didn't notice the best by date on the package said September 24, 2025 before I ate one of the bags. My baby has been alive for less time than these cookies have been past their date! Not cool...2 stars because the cookies themselves actually tasted fine...but I obviously want a package that isn't expired.

Distasteful

I want to start off by saying I LOVE their chocolate oatmeal cookie, which is what made me try this 1. However, I am giving it 2 stars for the taste! I normally love lemon flavor things, but the aftertaste with this is distasteful and not good. I wanted to love these cookies and unfortunately it’s pretty expensive to buy a 10 pack of these cookies & not enjoy them. Do they work for improving lactation? Maybe. Idk. I haven’t noticed an increase in my supply when I have consistently ate the chocolate oatmeal’s ones so I can’t speak on that really, but the lemon taste could do so much better.

The cookies themselves are okay. This package of lactation cookies expired on June 5, 2025 and I unknowingly purchased them on June 13th. Unfortunate that the supply isn’t kept in-date, so I’ll have to be more cautious of this in the future.

Really Helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Milkmakers Lactation Cookies. I think they tasted good. I had the Lemon Bliss lactation Cookies, Sea Salt Bliss Crackers and Lactation Cheddar Crisp Crackers. Each box came with 6 individual bags inside. The crackers were tasty. All the ingredients support breastfeeding and I think helped with producing more milk. I have always done both bottle and breast feeding. My milk has always been slow to produce. Now I feel as if I am producing more than before. I also like the fact that I am benefiting my child. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this product.
