Very uncomfortable. Both the seat and back “cushion” are a thin material layered on top of a hard surface and not an actual cushion. The color is a dingy beige. I also had a spot on the fabric.

Terrible experience
Got this item on sale. Silly me didn't check out the parts before assembling only to find it's missing a screw and contains two left-arm rests, which means the chair can't be assembled without modification. Also looked dirty and cheap.
