Must-have in a GF pantry!
We love these. Great for mixing with some parmesan cheese and herbs to put over cod when baking. Great flavor and texture for GF.

I will use this as filler for meatloaf, no flavor, not like Panko

another terrific gluten free product
Love these bread crumbs. They are like genuine panko crumbs but without the gluten. I use them for all my breading.

Gluten Free Winner in my Book
After trying every brand of GF bread crumbs KinniKinnick Panko steals the show with great flavor. TIP; When I need fine bread crumbs putting these through the coffee/spice grinder does the trick.

Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
I used these bread crumbs to coat eggplant and bake in the oven and then served with gluten free pasta and marinara sauce. yummy. I had lots of eggplant in my garden, so I baked them up like this and then froze them for later. I think either zucchini or eggplant bread crumb crusted slices would make a great base for gluten free bruschetta!
