Tried giving this company a chance, but they never responded when I reached out. Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas, but one of the shelves had no holes for assembly. My husband drilled them himself, but now the shelf looks crooked. Really disappointed.

Lasted longer than expected!

Perfect size for my space! The all-steel design is solid, and the mesh bins won't collect dust. Assembly took some trial and error because of rough threads, but I fixed it with a thread chaser. If you want frustration-free assembly, get an M6 X 1. 0 tap and clean up the threads first. Otherwise, this is a great, sturdy cart.
