Don't Waste Your Money

I purchased this doll head as a gift, and it has been an utter disappointment. In less than 2 weeks, portions of the hair have become terribly frizzy and tangled, despite the fact that it has been played with carefully. We tried all of the internet smoothing techniques, to no avail. I wish we could return it for a refund. Frustrating and a waste of money.
