It was runny and super spicy so it was the perfect to add onto of taco/burritos and to mix into a chunkier salsa we had on hand! Great quality, clean ingredients, cute packaging, and a great price!

I have loved this salsa and only this salsa for several years. No longer. Since ConAgra bought out Bayless in 2016, I have seen changes. Then about a year or so ago, the store shelves were completely out of the habanero flavor. But there were other Frontera salsas on the shelves so I thought the habanero had been discontinued. So, recently my natural grocery has started carrying it and I was a happy camper again. I snatched up several jars. It is not the same salsa! Something is wrong…it is so watered down that it is not even salsa, just tomato juice with a few bits of tomato and the flavor is gone. If I can return these jars to the store I will, but they will probably go to the food bank. This is so sad to take something that was great and ruin it. I can only suspect it’s that the big corporation has to increase profits. Save your money and find another product. Frontera died with Bayless.

It loses 1 star because of the consistency. It is a little thin and hard to keep on a chip. Even so, this is something that we will purchase in the future.
