Casabella Clean Water Spin Mop with Extra Refill

I don’t like it. It leaks water from the dirty side of the bucket. Also the tip of the mop handle keeps coming off while mopping. I definitely do not recommend this product.

The collapsible bucket drew me in and I liked the size of the mop head but I hated it from first use! It leaks, the mop head holds too much water, when you wringe it out it fills the tank so quickly. It stopped spinning and we only had it a couple months.

it does not spin. no matter how many times i attempt to fix it. it just does not spin. it worked for 2 days and it then it just stopped spinning. do not waste your money!

Waste of money buckets don't stay connected and when you go to ring out mop the water spills everywhere. Top does not stay on ringing bin. Super small water tank so you have to change all the time. Would not recommend at all.

It worked really good at first but after a few months, it broke. The spinning mechanism broke somehow and now it makes a really loud noise every time I try to push down on the foot lever.

It’s a good set, in theory. I love the mop. Very easy to use, cleans well. The bucket system though is very unsteady. If the “clean” water bucket isn’t totally full, there’s not enough counter weight to use the spinner and it tips over, making a disgusting mess.

I really liked the idea of this bucket because it seemed easier to store than my previous spin mop, however when I press the lever for the spin motion, the bucket leaks all over my floor. I wish I would have tested it out before I threw away the box, now I can’t even return it. What a waste of money.

I just bought this mop about 5 days ago and I regret it it’s the worst spin mop I could have purchased I will never buy a product from this company ever again it leaks when it has water in it and the handles fall apart easily

Don't work for me the pieces don't fit togheter correctly

I bought this yesterday and was super exited and I was like finally a separate clean/dirty water bucket. Once I used it and spun the mop it’s started leaning underneath the baby blue bucket right underneath the screws. Super disappointed. The actual mop is pretty cool right until it stared leaking. Not impressed.

I had this mop system for a month. Not liking it. The statement of keeping clan and dirty water separate is not entirely factual. When you dip your mop to re-wet it, the clean gets dirty. So, you either use more cleaning products or reuse the water from the spin bucket until you need to change it. More work then it worth. I gave 2 stars because it is space saving with the nesting buckets, the wring system is nice and the mop head is good. The handle is do see where it is not very strong. I see it breaking with hard usage.

it’s just not working for me the mop is scratching the floors. The ideas are separated the dirty water, but just one deep will have to replace the water again !

I like that this has a separate bucket to spin the mop dry. BUT every time I use the spinner portion, the plastic ring to keep it in place pops off. Which basically defeats the entire purpose of the spin part. It unlocks and just spins all over which gets the dirty water outside of the bucket and doesn’t even dry the mop at all. I’m disappointed because I missed the return window on this and basically paid a good amount for a regular mop and bucket.

This mop was something I decided to save some money on so I put back my O’cedar and chose it because of the nice sleek design. First time using it kept coming apart between the clean and dirty bucket. I thought I was being too rough but that’s not the case. I have tried using it three or four more times and each time a new problem arises. The handle comes apart often. The mop bucket continually separates sometimes causing dirty water to spill everywhere. I think this mop is good for very light cleaning but in a household where you want a good deep mop job it’s not made for that. This also leaked a stream from the bottom of the dirty bucket.

I decided to start fresh in 25 with a new mop/bucket system. I love the way this cleaned my floors and the separation of the clean & dirty water was a huge benefit so I am not mopping my floors with dirty water. The extra refill came in very handy while the other was in the wash. Directions for assembly were self-explanatory, the 2 buckets easily hook together during use and unhook and stack/nest when being stored - another great feature if you have storage constraints!

Used this for the first time. I had no issues assembling the mop or the buckets. Spinner worked well and all components stayed in place. What I dont like is the mop head. Firstly, you have to use your hands to stuff it all into the spinner. Spinner opening is too small for the mop head and not a fan of getting my hands wet using this device. Secondly, what ever it's made from is so fibrous that after mopping my kitchen, it was so matted together that it was like mopping with 4 large balls. I have spent time pulling them apart (like matted hair). Put it through the laundry and there's still more separating to do. If this continues I'll have to trash this thing.

Fill one side with cleaner and water and always have clean water thanks to the double sided bucket that separates the dirty water from the fresh. Highly recommend.

The box shows it comes with two mop heads and mine only came with the one on the mop, so I feel a little jipped that’s the only reason I put my other option back because 2 mops heads were a good deal.
