Received without the handle
Shipping failed to ship the handle therefore making this sponge mop useless. Target customer service took care of the charge but disappointed about the missing important part !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not the greatest mop. It had trouble absorbing water even after multiple uses. Did not ring out very well either. Even had trouble attaching it to the pole. Just wasnt impressed. I do like that it has a holder when detached.

My review might be the first thats not part of a promotion so check it out!
So I usually use a steam mop but I got this to clean my walls. I absolutely hate the design of this mop. I’m not sure if mine is defective but the design is not functional. It’s difficult to take the attachment on and off and squeezing the sponge is really awkward and unlike ones I’ve used in the past. You push down instead of pulling it toward you, and more often than not it would disconnect the attachment and I’d have to click it back into place each time. I’m thinking to return this. Not worth the hassle even for something I only use occasionally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop head is terrific at working on tile in both my kitchen and my bathrooms. The sponge is sturdy and porous and has a great finish for getting sticky stains off the floor. It comes with its own separate hanging attachment to keep it up off the floor when it’s not in use, and it works in conjunction with this whole Casabella system, including an extendable pole. This system is great and I’m going to look for more pieces to add to my set!

Not effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of this style mop. It drags the dirt around more than actually picking it up. After every pass, it leaves a sponge textured line of dirt. The thought is cool with the interchangeable pole but the mop part is a no for me.

Durable and absorbant

When i first saw this mop head, I was skeptical because it reminded me of the old classic mop head; however, this one is better. It is durable and absorbs more. It clicks easily into the handle stick. Getting it out is trickier. I do like that it came with wall mounting hook so that it can be organized and kept off the floor.

Hard to Squeeze but gets the job done
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this mop as we only own a steam mop so I thought this would be a nice alternative! However, the squeegee part is so hard to push and ends up making a mess of everything including my hands, trying to squeegee the mop out. I will continue to use for the convenience but it was not as great of a product as I was hoping for.

This is a lot easier than wringing out the mop by hand and getting messy. I have a dog so the only thing I dislike is that there is not a way to really clean the sponge part once it’s got all the hair & dog hair collected in it.
