Just ok
The ignition system is much harder to light than my old grill. There is no longer a button to push, and it takes multiple attempts to start. Last night it took 5 or 6 tries before it lit. I have also found that with this grill it is not as easy to regulate the temperature. Overall, I am not overly happy with this grill. I thought I was upgrading to a newer, better grill, but now wish I had kept my old one.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the ignition experience and temperature control have not met your expectations compared to your previous grill. The Spirit E-310 features our Snap-Jet ignition system, which is designed differently from older push button ignitions and may take a little adjustment as you get familiar with the startup process. For the best ignition performance, we recommend turning the burner knob slowly to start/high position and allowing the igniter to click before moving to the next burner. Environmental factors such as wind or propane flow can occasionally affect lighting performance. We also understand how frustrating it can be when a new grill doesn't feel like the upgrade you expected. Temperature regulation can improve as you become more familiar with burner settings and preheat timing, but we appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass your comments along to our product team. the grill is very good but I find the shut-off valve to the gas tank is too close to the hot bottom of the grill for my big hand.

Very dissatisfied customer
We are very dissatisfied with this model. Problems with the regulator (a kink in the hose) & no gas flows. We received a new one from Weber & there's still problems. I would appreciate someone from Weber to come inspect it to see what the problem is. I've tried two brand new filled tanks of propane for testing & still no gas flows through.

One step forward and two steps back
Very depressing to see that I'll never be able to upgrade my old trusty small Spirit to something that doesn't come with many tradeoffs. Yes, I can get three burners instead of two but then you can't have stainless steel. Oh boy, I can get a full size griddle but you can't have four wheels on the bottom any more. Oh wow, I can get snap-jet ignition but forget about having a full enclosure to conseal and protect your propane tank and anything else you want to store in the cabinet. And to top it off so you really really feel like you're getting less for your money, let's make the latest model weigh 98 lb instead of 120 lb because that is so beneficial to have less weight since you're only getting two wheels instead of four. I guess it takes a new generation of grill owners to not be as disappointed as I am in the product line.

Gas Grill
Spirit E-310 Gas Grill is a great grill. We have cooked out on this grill for burgers and hot dogs and they came out terrific, Heats up quickly to high temperatures and cooks consistently. Love this grill. Heavy duty and made well. Glade I purchased this grill.

No Weber Rotisserie
No Weber rotisserie that fits the grill. The only reason I bought it was to have a rotisserie. It has the cut outs for one but none of the Weber rotisserie’s fit. The spit in each isn’t compatible with the cut outs.

The Grill arrived dented and unusable, customer care placed an order for a part and it's been almost a month and the part still hasn't arrived... right now it's an expensive piece of crap taking up space

Doesn’t light as easily as the last one
Having trouble getting it to light when it is windy. We live on a lake and there’s not much to block north or west winds. Our last grill, which was the same Weber model, would light on its own. We finally had to block the wind with something in order for it to light.

Great Warranty for an excellent grill!
I got this Weber Spirit grill 9 years ago and have used it every week in all weather. Our kids also used it and occasionally neglected to replace its cover or even close the lid. Recently rusted burner tubes caused frequent flare ups. I was pleased to see Weber replaced my burner parts under warranty with no hassle. Now I've got back a great grill and will stick with this brand going forward!

MMy family gifted me this grill as a Christmas present, and I absolutely love it. Throughout the years, I’ve owned various grill brands, and I’ve always wanted a Weber. However, the price was just too high for me to afford. Now that I have my new Weber, I love grilling for my family again

Weber Strong
I use my grill year round my old and the new never failed in all kinds of Wisconsin weather conditions. I’ve grilled for. Two persons to a dozen. My old grill was in its mid twenties the new I rebuilt it but it was time for a new unit. I never hesitated to buy a Weber. I love the new grill it’s built as well as the old unit. Built Weber strong Weber easy to use easy to clean and care for.
