Very bad wok
First off this wok is beyond heavy, not good. I follow instruction, boil etc and season pan. Everything was fine and I even use to deep fry wings which turn out great wings was nice and crispy. Next day when I did shrimp pasta this pan can’t handle tomatoes or tomatoe sauce. It’s apparently too much acidity for this cheap quality wok. Target should remove this item off this site. Do not buy!!

One of my favorite pans!
I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. My old pan had seen better days and needed to be replaced. This pan is so much nicer than I thought it would be! It has a great weight and feel to it and the non stick surface works wonderfully. The pan seems to heat uniformly and everything turns out perfectly cooked. This will definitely become one of my favorite pans!

Awesome wok!
This wok is super nice! It is huge and such great quality! You need to clean it and season it before you use it. It is made out of heavy gauge carbon steel. It also has a removable handle and it fits on our stovetop perfectly fine! Definetly great for cooking stir fry!

Great wok!
The Joyce Chen carbon steel wok is huge! Very large capacity, it feels sturdy, durable, and good quality. The packaging comes with clear instructions on how to properly remove the initial coating and season it for best results.
