Purchased on June 9, 2025! It’s July 4, 2025 and I have lost so much hair. At least 60% of my hair is gone. I couldn’t figure out why my hair was falling till it finally clicked while I was showering. My hair is brittle, dry, it breaks, and falls from my roots. My biggest regret! I’m so sad and hurt. I’m balding. 😭

New new favorite shampoo

My hair smells and looks great

This was also the first time a package has come leaking, which was a bummer. Overall, the smell and look of my hair is fantastic! I hope Pantene will consider cleaner ingredients in the future.

My hair feels very hydrated, manageable, and also it smells very very well! The only issue is that it let my hair with less volume due to the hydration and oils.
