did not pack this correctly! no bubble wrap just threw my three owalas in a huge box with some brown paper. they got scuffs from the travel here. why did they not bubble wrap these? seriously I paid a lot for these!!

I love the straw or the sip option. They also have cute colors. But, cold drinks do not stay cold. My ice melts within an hour. So if you care about that this is a NO! I wish I knew before I purchased.

Missing cap and wrong color sent
I ordered this for delivery and then decided the item was not needed. So I took the unopened package back to the store for a return. An employee opened the box to process the return and we discovered that the wrong color was sent and it was missing the cap. We already have one of these water bottles and it is great, the experience this time was not.
