First of all, the flavor is surprisingly good—it actually tastes like grape Kool-Aid and makes wearing it way less annoying, especially during long training sessions or games. The fit is super comfortable thanks to the gel liner. It molds perfectly to your bite after boiling, and it stays snug without feeling bulky. The breathing channels are a game changer too—I can talk and breathe easily without feeling like I’m choking on plastic. As for protection, it’s top-notch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a former football player and quarterback I have always used custom mouthpieces that are fit to my mouth, so was curious as to the feel of a store bought mouthpiece. This one for adult fit feels a little small but I have a smaller mouth so worked for me. Was comfortable to bite down on the molding if it was easy to do. The flavoring of it was a bit weird to me and overly sweet. Would prefer a mouthpiece without the flavoring. It is definitely not as comfortable as a custom mouthpiece to be expected but can see why they mouthpieces are popular as they mold easily and comfortably.

You can breathe well and it fits snug, it isn’t going anywhere. Luckily I haven’t had any close calls but I can feel how secure and protective it is. It feels like it will last a while. I think I have short teeth- I had to trip the back hard plastic because it was rubbing. I have 4/5 starts because of that, but it is more of a me issue
